Co-owner of the breathtaking Masseria Spina Resort and the creative force behind Sara D’Errico Events & Flowers, Sara is a destination wedding planner and floral designer with deep roots in her native Puglia.
With a refined sense of elegance and a passion for storytelling through florals and aesthetics, Sara creates immersive wedding environments that celebrate Apulian beauty and Italian authenticity. Hosting this retreat at her family’s Masseria is more than an event—it’s a homecoming and a curated invitation into her world.
Marius Migles – Soulseeker

Puglia Wedding Content Retreat – FAQ
We are limiting this retreat to 15 participants to ensure an intimate, hands-on experience and give everyone equal access to the styled shoots, models, and locations.
Yes! We offer a flexible payment plan:
– A €500 non-refundable retainer is due at registration
– The remaining balance can be paid in 2 installments
– Full payment is due by 1 September 2025
Bring the equipment you typically use for weddings or styled shoots. We recommend:
– A DSLR or mirrorless camera with manual settings
– Prime lenses (e.g. 35mm, 50mm, 85mm)
– Extra batteries & memory cards
– A laptop if you’d like to back up images daily
– Optional: film camera, flat lay styling kit, small step stool for overhead shots
Yes, the entire retreat will be conducted in English. We welcome international participants and will support you with clear instructions and guidance throughout the experience.
Absolutely! The retreat is designed to help you build a diverse and elevated portfolio. You’ll photograph multiple professional and real couples in uniquely styled setups—including ceremony scenes, editorial tablescapes, flat lays, and romantic portraits.
You are free to use all images you capture for your website, social media, and publications, with proper vendor credit (we’ll provide a tagging guide).
A €500 deposit is required to reserve your spot and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel after paying the full amount, no refund will be issued unless a replacement participant is found.
You’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else (with organizer approval).
In the rare case that the retreat must be cancelled by the organizer (excluding force majeure), you’ll receive a full refund.
Yes! We will provide a detailed welcome pack with travel tips, local airport options, and recommended transport.
While flights are not included, we’re happy to suggest the best routes to Monopoli and help coordinate shared transfers from Bari or Brindisi airports.
